Când călătoriţi dintr-o ţară a UE în alta, puteţi transporta produse din tutun sau alcool pentru uz personal, dar nu le puteţi comercializa.

Cate tigari poti duce cu avionul?

Potrivit legislaţiei UE, nu trebuie să dovediţi că bunurile sunt pentru uz personal, dacă transportaţi mai puţin de:

  • 800 de ţigarete
  • 400 de ţigări de foi
  • 200 de trabucuri
  • 1 kg de tutun

Cat alcool poti duce cu avionul?

  • 10 litri de băuturi spirtoase
  • 20 litri de vin alcoolizat
  • 90 de litri de vin (din care cel mult 60 de litri de vin spumos)
  • 110 litri de bere.

Țările UE pot limita numărul de țigări pe care le puteți aduce cu dumneavoastră din alte state membre care nu aplică încă nivelul minim al accizelor. Această limită nu poate fi mai mică de 300 de țigarete. Pentru date exacte, contactați înainte de plecare autoritățile vamale din țara în care urmează să vă deplasați.

Dacă transportaţi tutun sau alcool în cantităţi mai mari decât cele permise, este posibil să vi se ceară:

  • să demonstraţi că sunt pentru uz personal
  • să faceţi dovada că le-aţi achiziţionat (chitanţă sau factură).

În cazul în care cantităţile de tutun sau alcool pe care le transportaţi rămân în limitele permise pentru uz personal, nu va trebui să plătiţi accize în statul membru în care mergeţi.

Reglementările nu se aplică în situaţia călătorilor sub 17 ani, aceştia neavând dreptul de a transporta alcool sau tutun. Când călătoriţi în interiorul Uniunii, nu se aplică conceptul de cumpărături fără taxe (duty-free).
