Hotelul Tusnad din Baile Tusnad, afaceri de 9 mil. lei si profit de 660.000 de lei

Hotelul Tuşnad din localitatea Băile Tuşnad (judeţul Harghita), controlat în proporţie de 76% de SIF Transilvania, a raportat pentru anul 2016 o cifră de afaceri de 8,9 mil. lei, mai mare cu 20% faţă de anul precedent, în timp ce profitul net a scăzut de trei ori, la 660.000 de lei.

La cea mai recentă şedinţă de tranzacţionare de pe 10 februarie, preţul unei acţiuni TSND era de 0,042 lei pe segmentul alternativ de tranzacţionare AeRO, ceea ce ridică valoarea de piaţă a companiei la aproximativ 13 mil. lei.

La finele anului 2016, hotelul avea 93 de angajaţi, potrivit datelor trimise BVB. De la începutul anului, acţiunile TSND s-au apreciat cu 7% pe fondul unui rulaj de 12.000 de lei. Ieri, o acţiune SIF Transilvania se tranzacţiona la 0,2494 lei, în scădere cu 1% faţă de şedinţa precedentă pe fondul unui rulaj de 509.000 lei.
