Black Friday 2023 a început deja la marile lanțuri de magazine, care au prelungit până la o lună perioada promoțiilor.

Black Friday 2023 la emag va fi pe 10 noiembrie. Campania va începe între orele 7 și 8 dimineața și va dura până la miezul nopții.

Black Friday 2023 la Altex a început pe 2 noiembrie. Campania durează trei săptămâni, până în data de 22 noiembrie, cu oferte diferite pentru fiecare perioadă din campanie, astfel: unele oferte vor fi valabile între 2 şi 8 noiembrie, altele – între 9 şi 15 noiembrie, respectiv între 16 şi 22 noiembrie.

Black Friday 2023 la Flanco a început pe 27 octombrie și va duira până pe 30 noiembrie. Reducerile la diverse produse ajung până la 60%, însă la electrocasnice sunt de maximum 20%.

Sfaturi de la Protecția Consumatorului

Paul Anghel, directorul general al ANPC, a postat pe Facebook sfaturi pentru consumatorii care așteaptă Black Friday pentru reduceri. Acesta o citează pe Margaret Thatcher care a spus că ”GRATIS este doar cașcavalul din cursa de șoareci !”

Pentru a beneficia de aceste reduceri si a le fi respectate interesele economice, consumatorii trebuie sa se informeze cat mai complet asupra produselor pe care intentioneaza sa le achizitioneze si sa acorde atentie tuturor detaliilor, in special in perioada marilor reduceri de preturi, cum este Black Friday.

De asemenea, recomandam verificarea preturilor prin consultarea site-urilor care afiseaza preturi comparative pentru acelasi produs, practica ce a dus la imbunatatirea constanta a modalitatilor de prezentare a preturilor si reducerilor de catre magazinele electronice.
Pentru cumparaturi avantajoase in perioada ofertelor de Black Friday, cititi cu atentie caracteristicile produsului si verificati daca acesta corespunde cu adevarat dorintelor si nevoilor dvs.

Cumparaturile din perioada Black Friday pot fi facute in deplina siguranta daca:
• Intocmiti o lista cu produsele pe care doriti sa le cumparati si cu preturile actuale ale acestora. Astfel veti fi informat cu privire la reducerile de preturi;
• Verificati stocul existent;
• Verificati pretul afisat si daca acesta este integral (contine sau nu TVA);
• Verificati daca pretul include si costul de livrare.
• In cazul in care comandati online, verificati, inainte de a trimite comanda, daca pretul fiecarui produs din cosul de cumparaturi este acelasi cu pretul redus indicat atunci cand ati ales produsul.

• Daca aveti nelamuriri, contactati comerciantul prin telefon pentru a cere informatii suplimentare asupra produsului, serviciilor post-vanzare sau a conditiilor de livrare. Modul in care comerciantul raspunde la aceste intrebari va poate oferi indicii asupra seriozitatii vanzatorului.

• Comerciantul este obligat sa informeze corect si complet consumatorii, oferind, printre altele, urmatoarele informatii:
o Datele de identificare (denumirea, adresa postala si electronica, numarul de telefon, numarul de inregistrare in registrul societatilor comerciale si cel de inregistrare fiscala etc);
o Caracteristicile esentiale ale produsului;
o Pretul cu toate taxele incluse;
o Cheltuielile de livrare, daca este cazul;
o Modalitatile de plata si de livrare;
o Perioada de valabilitate a ofertei sau a pretului;

o Durata minima a contractului, in cazul contractelor care prevad furnizarea curenta sau periodica a unui produs;
o Functionalitatea, compatibilitatea si interoperabilitatea bunurilor cu elemente digitale, a continutului digital si a serviciilor digitale;

o Existenta si modul de exercitare a dreptului de denuntare unilaterala a contractului.

Recomandam consumatorilor să citească recenziile privind produsele oferite online, care pot da indicii despre calitatea acestora sau despre seriozitatea comerciantului; acesta este obligat să ofere acces consumatorilor la toate recenziile privind produsele şi sa garanteze faptul că recenziile publicate provin de la consumatorii care au utilizat sau au achiziţionat efectiv produsul.
