THR Marea Neagră, contracte de închiriere a nouă imobile din Eforie Nord şi Saturn. Câştigul anual total, la aproape 3 mil. euro

Turism, Hoteluri şi Restaurante Marea Neagră (simbol bursier EFO) a informat piaţa de capital cu privire la semnarea unor contracte de închiriere pentru nouă imobile de pe litoralul românesc, ca urmare a hotărârilor Adunărilor Generale Ordinare a Acţionarilor din 29 noiembrie 2022 şi 13 martie 2023.

Proprietăţile se află în staţiunile Eforie Nord şi Saturn. Chiriile anuale sunt cuprinse între 4.000 şi 1,1 milioane de euro (plus TVA) şi însumează în total circa 2,9 milioane de lei, conform unui raport publicat la BVB, semnat de Mihaela Ichim, preşedinta Consiliului de Administraţie al THR Marea Neagră.

Mai jos, lista imobilelor închiriate:

  • Complex turistic Vraja Mării din staţiunea Eforie Nord – chirie 137.500 euro/an plus TVA
  • Băi Reci din staţiunea Eforie Sud – 20.550 euro plus TVA
  •  Complex turistic Bran-Brad-Bega din staţiunea Eforie Nord – chirie 505.000 euro/an plus TVA (contractul de închiriere anterior, semnat în decembrie 2022, a fost denunţat unilateral de locatar)
  • Complex turistic Balada din staţiunea Saturn – chirie 550.000 euro/an plus TVA
  • Complex turistic Cerna din staţiunea Saturn – chirie 416.000 euro/an plus TVA
  • Complex turistic (hotelurile şi restaurantele) Narcis-Cleopatra din staţiunea Saturn – chirie 1.101.000 euro/an plus TVA
  • Complex turistic Semiramis din staţiunea Saturn -181.000 euro/an plus TVA
  • Bufet Narcis din staţiunea Saturn – 4000 euro/an plus TVA
  •  Grădiniţa Hora din staţiunea Saturn- 4000 euro/an plus TVA

THR Marea Neagră este deţinut majoritar de Transilvania Investments Alliance (TRANSI, fosta SIF Transilvania), cu un pachet de 78,8%. Compania se tranzacţionează în creştere cu 25% de la început de an, la 0,25 lei pe acţiune, şi este evaluată la 145 de milioane de lei.
